At today’s General Meeting of mobilezone holding ag chaired by Urs T. Fischer, Chairman of the Board of
Directors, 37.7 percent of the share capital were represented.

• The shareholders approved all motions proposed by the Board of Directors.

• A dividend of CHF 0.70 per share (previous year CHF 0.55) will be paid out on April 14, 2011.

• The Members of the Board standing for re-election (Urs T. Fischer, Hans-Ulrich Lehmann and Cyrill Schneuwly)
  were re-elected to the Board for a further year with a majority of 100 percent of the votes.
